From the 20th July 2018 Mid Suffolk District Council will be sending every household in the area an annual canvass form to collect information about residents who are eligible to vote.

It’s quick and easy to respond:
If there are no changes to the information pre-printed on your form you can respond by:

  • Going online to the web address on the form
  • Signing your form and sending it back to us in the envelope provided

If you need to make some changes you can respond by:

  • Going online to the web address on the form
  • Writing the changes on the form, signing it and sending it back to us in the envelope provided

If you don’t respond:

  • You could be fined
  • You may not be able to vote in future elections
  • Your credit rating could be affected
